  • 14 days to change your mind
  • Cancel in two taps

84 days to fill in, one per spread. Your goals, your session and your head in the same place. Five minutes in the morning, five at night.

You're not buying a notebook. You're buying a deadline.

Twelve weeks is long enough to matter and short enough to see the end of. The journal doesn't motivate you — it asks you for an account every night.

  • 84 dated spreads. One a day, for twelve weeks.
  • A different quote every day — 84 in total, never the same one twice.
  • Your training on the same page as your goals: cardio, weights, rest.
  • 12 weekly reviews to see what held and what slipped.
  • 13 bonus pages: high-protein recipes, workouts, accounts worth following.

What's inside

Five sections, each taking up the space it really takes up in the book.

The daily spread

A quote, your tasks, your goals, your session.

On the left: the date, the quote of the day, your tasks to tick off, the goals you're working towards right now, and your session — cardio, weights, rest or something else. On the right: your evening reflection, what you're grateful for, and your affirmation. Two pages, five minutes in the morning, five at night.

A daily spread: quote, tasks, goals and session on the left; reflection, gratitude and affirmation on the right.

Fitness Time

Cardio, weights, rest, other.

One block per session, with the training-type box and room for exercises, loads and sets. You fill it in between sets, and you read last week's page before you load the bar.

The Fitness Time block: cardio, weights, rest and other boxes, with room for exercises.

Reflection, gratitude, affirmation

The evening page.

You write about your day, three things you're grateful for, and one affirmation. It isn't printed: you write it yourself, and that's what makes it yours.

The top of the evening page: Daily reflection, then I'm grateful for.

12 weeks, 84 days, 12 reviews

Each square is a spread to fill in. The last one on every row is red: that's review day. You don't have to hold on for three months straight — you have to hold on until the next red square, 12 times.

The pages aren't pre-dated: you write the date yourself. Skipping a day shifts nothing.

The weekly review

12 times in 12 weeks. What you did towards your goals, your new goals, and what you actually enjoyed doing.

The TIPS pages

13 bonus pages. A high-protein recipe, a training tip and an account worth following, at the end of every week.

A day with the journal

Ten minutes in total, split in two. Plus a quarter of an hour on Sunday.

  1. Morning

    5 minutes

You write your day before it starts

You read the quote, set your tasks, note the goals you're working towards and the session you've planned. You close the book and you know what to do.

  2. Evening

    5 minutes

You tick and you write a page

What held, your reflection on the day, three things you're grateful for, your affirmation. The page is filled in or it isn't.

  3. Every week

    10 minutes

You review the week and read the TIPS

Three questions on the week that's gone, then the bonus page: a recipe, a workout, an account to follow. Twelve times in twelve weeks.

Day 1Day 84

The 12 red marks are the weekly reviews.

The 84 days start the day you open the first page.

Not Monday, not the 1st of the month. The day the journal arrives.
